2020 Matassa 'Ace of Spades'

Properly hand-made, minimal wines from Rousillon. This is a blend of Carignan and Mouvedre sourced from a single vineyard with black, volcanic soils. Fermented whole bunches in a closed tank, then aged in concrete. Pure and natural.
